Good style, poor quality

I liked the cut and the style of this coat online, that's why I have ordered it. However, quality of the fabric and the craftsmanship is very poor. It doesn't fit right, a bit awkward on the waistline, and the pockets sit so far back you have to bend your arms backward to even reach them. The price was good of course, but overall, I will not recommend this coat. I will be returning it. I want to add however, the customer service was great. They were very helpful providing support throughout.
