What’s Allegra K Return Policy?

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

At Allegra K, your satisfaction is paramount - Accept 14-day Return and Money Back Guarantee. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item you purchased within 14 days from the date we first shipped your order.

Whether the product is defective, or that you change your mind and simply do not like it, you are welcome to send it back to us and we will issue you a FULL item price REFUND once we have received the product in question. Alternatively, you can choose a replacement of the same product or product of the same value.

However, the original and return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances. And we are not responsible for returned products lost in post.

To return your purchase, please inform us first at info@allegra-k.com. Then fill out the RETURN FORM on the back of your invoice and return it together with your purchase to:
