Return Commitment

At Allegra K®, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, you can easily return them for free within 30 days of receipt (for most items) as long as they are in new condition with original tags and packaging. Your happiness is our top priority, and we strive to make the return process as convenient as possible.

How To Return?

Option 1: Return the package by return label (US customer only)

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service at cs@allegra-k.com and submit your return request
Step 2: Receive a return label and print it
Step 3: Follow our instructions to prepare and ship your package.

Option 2: Return the package on your own

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service at cs@allegra-k.com and submit your return request
Step 2: Receive our return instructions and follow it to prepare and ship your package.
Step 3: Pay the return postage at the time of shipping.

NOTE:

1. If you do not wish to use the pre-paid return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package has been delivered to our warehouse.

2. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

3. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Please contact us via email cs@allegra-k.com for return instruction.

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?

1. If you’re shopping in the U.S.

• Return shipping is free on your 1st return package.

• If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s), you are responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Or you can use the Return Label we provided, and $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• If you want to return an item with quality issues, or Allegra K® responsibility, Allegra K® will pay for the return shipping fee

2. If you are shopping in Canada or Japan.

• Allegra K® will pay you $6.99 for your 1st return.

• If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s), you are responsible for paying the return shipping fee.

• If you want to return an item with quality issues, or Allegra K® responsibility, Allegra K® will pay $6.99 for the return shipping fee

NOTE: The $6.99 return shipping fee will be returned to your original account with the refund

3. If you’re shopping in the EU.

• You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee.

How To exchange?

Unfortunately, our exchange process is being upgraded at the present time, we don't offer an exchange option. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items. To return an item please follow the steps stated in 'How To Return?'.

Non-Returnable Items

1. The products should not be worn, washed, ironed, stained, processed, and the label tags should be kept intact
2. Products including bodysuits, tights, socks, jewelry and intimate items can not be returned
3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned
4. The sets cannot be returned separately

Refunds

• For products that are returned in accordance with this return Policy, refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package. Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

• Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Email confirmation will be sent to you after the refund has been issued.

• The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

• Any other fee of Allegra K® responsibility will be returned with the refund

Except for the following situations

In order to ensure the safety of your order transaction, we will contact you by email: cs@allegra-k.com and confirm the abnormality of the order. At the same time, we will attach our return policy. The specific negotiation solution is subject to the content of the contact email. Given below are the abnormal conditions:

1.The amount of return order fluctuates greatly.

2.The billing address and the shipping address are abnormal.

3.The recipient's name and contact information are abnormal.

4.The order email address is fraudulent and false, etc.
